Summary of Duties: Act as the primary resource and lead contact, partnering directly with customers and team members to define business requirements and drive the analysis, design, and implementation of high-quality technical solutions. Drive the design and development of SharePoint websites at all Kraft Group (TKG) companies. Develop, customize, configure, and support SharePoint applications. Create web parts, lists/library, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation, permissions, and data management. Implement SharePoint-based workflows and develop Business Intelligence dashboards and PowerBi reports. Extend SharePoint functionality and develop new components with forms, web parts and application technologies. Create and manage SPO sites, workflows, complex forms, and user access. Develop and support mobile applications via PowerApps and SharePoint. Ensure process integrity and conduct continual quality control. Review and improve the overall SharePoint environment on an ongoing basis. Responsible for the health and maintenance of the SharePoint environment, M365 integrations and data governance. Act as the application owner and lead the IT change control management process across the IT team, utilizing the custom-developed SharePoint applications. Improve processes and efficiencies on an ongoing basis and create technical documentation of systems and infrastructure. Oversee creation, maintenance and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by Confidentiality and Privacy Standards. Provide systems training to staff and customers. Meet with stakeholders to review new business requests, and work with them to design, review and implement solutions to fulfill their business needs. Define and enforce application standards, policies, and best practices across the SharePoint environment. Lead the evaluation, selection and adoption of emerging technologies, tools and platform capabilities to drive continuous improvement and innovation across SharePoint solutions. Direct the planning, governance, and execution of application upgrades, releases and platform enhancements while minimizing operational risk and business disruption. Act as the senior escalation and advisory lead for critical application incidents, overseeing root cause analysis and resolution. Monitor application performance and proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact end users. Facilitate and drive status meetings with junior team members.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as a Data Engineer, Technical Specialist (IT), Software Engineer or related role. Must have two (2) years of experience with: Using Power Apps to design and implement low-code applications that interface seamlessly with SharePoint to streamline business workflows, enhance data entry, and provide end-users with tailored, friendly solutions; Using Power Automate to automate business processes within the SharePoint platform; Using Power BI developer to create interactive reports and dashboards, pulling data from SharePoint lists to provide business insights and real-time analytics to ensure accessible, actionable information for decision-making leadership across the organization. Must have any amount of experience with: Using SQL Server to manage and query databases that support all applications, and design efficient database schemas, optimize performance, and integrate SQL Server data directly with SharePoint web parts and applications; using PowerFx to design and implement low-code applications that interface seamlessly with SharePoint and other data sources to streamline business workflows, enhance data entry, and provide end-users with tailored, friendly solutions; Using SpFx to build solutions, integrations, and extension for SharePoint and Microsoft 365; and using RESTful API development to extend applications’ capabilities through integration with external systems.
