- Define migration discovery, assessment, remediation, mapping, wave planning, pilot, execution, validation, reconciliation, cutover, rollback, and post-migration support activities.
- Use ShareGate extensively and guide the selection and use of other suitable migration tools based on source platform, content volume, security, metadata, compliance, reporting, and cutover requirements.
- Design solutions using Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, with appropriate environment strategy, governance, security, data-loss-prevention controls, application lifecycle management, monitoring, and support models.
- Design integrations with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, Office applications, line-of-business systems, APIs, and approved enterprise services.
- Provide architecture guidance for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio readiness, governance, security, information protection, adoption planning, and prioritized business use cases.
- Apply Microsoft 365 and SharePoint governance, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, records management, audit, and information protection principles.
- Ensure designs align with Singapore public-sector architecture, security, compliance, hosting, network, identity, documentation, and approval requirements applicable to Government and WOG cloud environments.
- Produce and review solution architecture documents, high-level and low-level designs, migration runbooks, configuration specifications, interface designs, security designs, test strategies, operational handover documents, and architecture decision records.
- Lead technical workshops, design reviews, architecture governance forums, proof of concepts, estimations, proposal development, demonstrations, and client presentations.
- Provide technical leadership to developers, migration engineers, administrators, testers, and support teams; review deliverables and resolve architecture or delivery risks.
