Migration & Upgrades: Lead or support migration efforts from legacy systems or older versions of SharePoint to SharePoint Online.

Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Tier 3 technical support, resolving complex issues related to SharePoint and Power Platform performance, access, or bugs.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and user guides for deployed solutions.

Required Certification: Must have IAT II Level Certification (CompTIA Sec CE +, CCNA, CySA + CE...)
