Service Design Analyst - Digital Transformation

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our international team in a junior-level role. The successful candidate will become a valued member of our Digital Transformation Team, supporting the Oracle Enterprise Services (ES) Cloud program rollout.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Ensure customer data integrity in Oracle ES cloud for service delivery, billing, and customer reporting
• Analyze, design, and develop well-defined methods and procedures for service data quality related activities
• Present and gain alignment on problem identification, solution development, and implementation plans
• Customize and provide business data for knowledge applications
• Prepare and distribute standard reports
• Coordinate activities with management and project managers
• Ensure project milestones are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Work closely with other members of the team to implement a multi-functional business solution

What we expect from you:

• BS/BA in Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent business experience
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, DAX, and Power BI
• Experience with data analysis, cleansing, profiling, data modeling, and analytics, including proficiency in SQL
• Experience with reporting and data visualization using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle BI
• Ability to design and monitor KPIs and create clear, actionable reports for executive audiences
