SEO Specialist (B2B SaaS)

We're looking for an experienced SEO specialist to own and grow organic search for our B2B SaaS products (pics.io, toriut.com) in English-speaking markets. This is not an entry-level role — we need someone who has already driven measurable organic growth for a SaaS product and knows how SEO turns into pipeline, not just traffic.

You'll set the strategy, get your hands dirty, and work closely with our SEO writer and outreach specialist to execute it.

What you'll do
Own the SEO roadmap end-to-end: keyword and search-intent research, topic clusters, and prioritization tied to our ICP and funnel — the goal is qualified trials and demos, not vanity traffic.
Run on-page and technical SEO: audits, internal linking, page speed, crawlability, structured data, and fixing what's holding rankings back.
Brief and QA our SEO writer, keeping content aligned with search intent and product.
Coordinate off-page work with our outreach specialist: link-building strategy, digital PR angles, and quality backlinks.
Optimize for how search actually works now — SERP features, AI Overviews, and answer engines (GEO/AEO), not just ten blue links.
Track what matters: rankings, organic traffic, and downstream signups/demos. Report clearly and adjust based on data.

Requirements
3+ years of hands-on SEO, with proven experience growing organic search for a B2B SaaS product in the US / English-speaking markets (a must — not general or local SEO).
A track record of measurable results (organic traffic, rankings, or pipeline growth) you can walk us through.
Strong technical SEO: audits, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data.
Confident with Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and GA4.
Solid understanding of search intent and how to map content to a SaaS buyer journey.
Advanced written English.
Data-driven, organized, proactive, and precise.
To show you actually read this: start your application with the word "canonical" and include one specific result you're proud of (metric + timeframe).

Nice to have
Experience with GEO / AI-search optimization (AI Overviews, LLM citations).
Familiarity with product-led / educational-first content strategy.
Basic HTML/CSS and comfort working with dev teams on technical fixes.
Experience coordinating link-building or digital PR.
Understanding of how SEO connects to paid, email, and lifecycle.

How to apply
Send your CV plus one short case study: a B2B SaaS project where you drove organic growth — the situation, what you did, and the measurable outcome. Portfolio welcome but secondary to results.
