- Build and scale our SEO function, including hiring and leading the team over time.
- Partner closely with Engineering to improve site architecture, performance, and technical SEO.
- Build AI-enabled workflows that improve research, content creation, optimization, and measurement.
- Establish editorial standards that balance quality with speed.
- Measure performance across organic traffic, pipeline, and revenue, and use those insights to improve the strategy.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Brand, Legal, and Sales to publish accurate, high-impact content.
What we're looking for
- You've built or significantly scaled an SEO program.
- Deep knowledge of technical SEO, content strategy, and AI search.

- Comfort partnering closely with Engineering and Design teams.
- Experience hiring or managing teams, agencies, or contractors.
- A track record of connecting SEO investments to business outcomes.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
Experience that stands out

- Built AI-native workflows for SEO and content operations.
- Deep technical SEO expertise across site architecture, schema, and Core Web Vitals.
