LinkGraph / Search Atlas
Location: Remote
Compensation: $17.32 – $28.86/hour USD
Benefits: 15 days PTO. Christmas Day and New Year's Day paid off.
Fair warning: the pace is intense and the ambiguity is real. But you'll feel yourself growing every single week, even the rough ones, and you'll be doing it next to people who actually celebrate your wins and have your back.
LinkGraph is the agency and services side of Search Atlas. We're AI native from day one. We're not joining a category, we're defining it.
We're looking for someone who will replace the manual work of three editors with systems that publish content across 100+ client sites automatically, with zero errors. If your idea of automation is a Zapier workflow strung together with some no-code tools, this role will be a hard adjustment.
What you'll do
Automation development (50%)
Build automated systems that publish content across WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and custom CMS setups. No manual uploads.
Use Claude Code daily to write automation scripts, build API integration layers, and refactor code as the pipeline evolves.
Apply real SEO knowledge, on page, off page, and technical, so automated content actually performs, not just publishes correctly.
Technical quality assurance (30%)
Build QA layers that catch bad or obviously AI sounding content before it reaches a client site, not after.
Track every code change, get it reviewed, and test it on a staging site before it goes live on a client's site.
Before switching AI models to cut cost, test the new model against real examples and prove it's just as good. Don't just swap it and hope.
Project coordination (20%)
Document what you build so the team isn't stuck needing you to explain it later.
Sync with content and fulfillment teams to keep the pipeline moving smoothly.
You'll thrive here if...
Claude Code is already how you build things, not something you're still getting used to.
You test somewhere safe before anything touches a real client site.
You write your own code to build automation. You don't rely on no-code tools like Zapier or n8n.
You don't wait to be told what to do. You see the gap and you move.
Deadlines don't rattle you. Ambiguity doesn't either.
You communicate clearly, especially when things are unclear.
You can laugh at a chaotic week on Friday and mean it.
What we're looking for
5+ years working with CMS platforms at a technical level. WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar.
Real hands on experience with Claude Code. Connected to a repo, using context files, not just in a browser.
Strong scripting in Python or JavaScript.
Experience with Git and code review. You test changes on a staging site before publishing to a live client site.
Hands on experience building your own API integrations and automations, webhooks or similar. Not just connecting no-code platforms like Zapier or n8n.
Experience with automated testing, Playwright, pytest, or similar.
Solid, current SEO knowledge. On page, off page, technical.
What working here actually looks like
High expectations. Real ownership. Your first project is an enterprise client account that becomes a case study. Things move fast and we don't apologize for it.
We use AI every day, across every function. That's just how we work.
Our process
Recruiter interview
Hiring manager interview
Leadership interview
What we stand for
We are obsessed with our customers, and making them obsessed with us
We figure it the f**k out
We go to war on our problems quickly
We are strategic. We work smart, not just hard.
We're fun AF
