About the Team
Our Creative team shapes how Vintage.com show up to prospective and existing customers.
Working closely with our Performance and MarCom teams, we create brand and performance creative designed to connect with customers, build recognition and deliver measurable results.
As our business grows across markets and channels, we’re continuing to build more of our creative capability in-house. That means developing stronger expertise across video, motion, broadcast and performance creative, while finding smarter and more efficient ways to take ideas from concept to delivery.
Why This Role Matters
Why the role exists
As our Senior Video Producer - Campaign/Broadcast, you’ll take ownership of bringing some of our biggest creative ideas to life across TV, BVOD, digital video, audio and other campaign channels.
This is a senior, hands-on production role. You’ll move comfortably between creative development, planning, shooting, directing and post-production, taking projects from the initial brief through to final delivery.
You’ll combine a strong creative eye with the technical expertise needed to produce polished, broadcast-ready work. You’ll know how to translate an idea into something that can actually be made, balancing creative ambition with budgets, timelines, production requirements and channel specifications.
You’ll also play an important role in strengthening our in-house production capability. By building effective production processes, making thoughtful decisions about when to use external support and getting more value from every shoot, you’ll help us create high-quality work at pace without unnecessary complexity or cost.
