• Break larger goals into tasks, estimate timelines, and implement high-quality solutions.
• Communicate frequently, updating the team on progress, risks, and sharing ideas.
• Uphold quality through architecture/code reviews, testing, and feedback.
• Improve stability by investigating live issues, fixing bugs, profiling, and managing tech debt.

• Strong architectural knowledge with the ability to quickly adapt to new codebases.
• Experience creating and supporting tools in game development, along with mobile development expertise and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across design, art, and multidisciplinary teams.
• You’re quick to learn and adapt to new workflows and tools, and you’re open to leveraging AI technology to enhance your daily work.
• You are keen to grow and develop yourself and you are good at giving and receiving feedback.

BONUS POINTS

• Build engineering experience (e.g. Jenkins)
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in other languages such as C++ or Python.
