The Senior Technical Project Manager leads high-profile, matrixed projects supporting Blood Donor Services, Apheresis, and Blood Bank operations, often spanning multiple departments and external partners. This includes coordinating requirements gathering, developing RFP materials, managing vendor communications and demonstrations, facilitating proposal scoring, and guiding stakeholders through the final selection. The project manager will engage clinical, operational, technical, and senior leadership stakeholders to ensure the selected solution supports strategic priorities, workflow needs, system integration, security, and long-term scalability. The role plans and manages multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. With strong technical expertise, the project manager partners with department staff, analysts, integration resources, and vendor teams to guide technology decisions, assess technical feasibility, and drive successful project outcomes.
