Senior Technical Program Manager on Anduril's Anti-Tamper team, driving security programs for next-generation autonomous vehicles from strategy through rollout. Day to day: coordinating technical work across engineering teams, tracking schedules/risks/metrics, and reporting program health to leadership.
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
The Anti-Tamper (AT) team is hiring a Technical Program Manager to drive security on the next generation of autonomous vehicles. You will own complex programs across the AT portfolio from strategy to rollout — partnering daily with infrastructure, platform, and product teams across the company, while building the metrics and reporting that keep leadership informed on program health. This is a hands-on, builder role. You should be comfortable reading architecture diagrams, pushing back on vague requirements, and turning security goals into shipped outcomes.
