About the Role
What You'll Do
-

- Coordinate delivery milestones across teams, tracking cross-functional dependencies, surfacing and resolving blockers, and ensuring alignment at every program milestone.
- Run the department's business review cadence, preparing and driving monthly reviews covering organizational goals — synthesizing technical progress, risks, and dependencies into executive-ready insights for senior leadership.
-
Build and maintain a single source of truth for all programs in Jira, establishing program frameworks, operating cadences, and visibility tools for cross-functional partners on bi-weekly and monthly cycles.
-
Develop and run a resource planning framework, leading regular reviews to align team capacity with evolving program requirements and technical workload.
- Manage budget and OPEX tracking for the department, enabling data-driven monthly trade-off decisions in response to shifting priorities.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering operations, or a similar role within an engineering organization.
-
Proven track record coordinating cross-functional programs across multiple engineering disciplines and bringing rigor and structure to them.
-
Strong command of program management tools (Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint) and data/reporting tools.
-
Experience establishing operating cadences, business reviews (MBR/QBR), and single-source-of-truth systems from the ground up and roadmap.
- Experience with resource/capacity planning and budget or OPEX tracking.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical topics into clear narratives for senior leadership.
- Engineering background or degree strongly preferred; comfort navigating deeply technical discussions is essential.
Nice to Have
