Senior Technical Analyst at TMF Group who gathers, analyzes, and documents business requirements for business applications across the software delivery lifecycle, including UAT and post-go-live support. Core skills are business analysis, functional specs and user stories; Fenergo/FenX, AML/KYC, low-code platforms, APIs and SQL are preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Application Analysis or a comparable role.
- Strong experience gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements.
- Experience creating functional specifications, process flows, user stories or similar structured documentation.
- Experience working with business applications and within a software delivery lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- An organized, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
Ideally, you are also meeting following hiring criteria:
- Experience with Fenergo or FenX.
- Knowledge of AML/KYC and Client Due Diligence processes.
- Experience within financial services, corporate services, fund administration or another regulated environment.
- Experience with workflow, case-management or low-code platforms.
- Knowledge of funds, investors and ownership or investment structures.
- Experience supporting UAT and post-go-live activities.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data flows or SQL.
