The team you will be part of

Our Talent & People Team is the heartbeat of our organization — championing a culture where people thrive and potential is unlocked. From attracting top talent and shaping employee experiences to driving development, engagement, and retention, the team plays a strategic role in building and maintaining a high-performing, empowered workforce. We are here to grow with the business and for the people behind it.

The part you will play

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Tech) to join our team in Vietnam. This is a strategic, senior-level role for someone who can operate as a true partner to tech's leadership team — not just executing hiring requests, but shaping how we hire. You will take ownership of the recruitment agenda for the tech team: reviewing current ways of working, diagnosing where the day-to-day process is slow or inconsistent, and designing and rolling out the strategies, tools, and standards that lift both the speed and quality of hiring. You will act as the senior point of contact for country leadership on all things talent acquisition, translate business priorities into workforce and hiring plans, and mentor the broader recruitment team on the ground. This role reports to the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead, with a close, ongoing partnership with tech leadership based in Vietnam.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will take charge of

Strategic partnership & recruitment strategy

• Leadership partnership – act as the senior TA advisor to the tech leadership team, embedding yourself in business planning discussions to anticipate hiring needs ahead of demand, not just react to them.
• Recruitment strategy design – review the current end-to-end recruitment process in Thailand, identify bottlenecks, gaps, and inefficiencies, and design and implement improved workflows, SLAs, and standards to raise day-to-day recruitment performance.
• Workforce planning – partner with leadership on headcount planning, org design input, and building talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles ahead of need.
• Data-driven decision-making – own recruitment metrics and dashboards for tech team (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, funnel conversion), and use these insights to continuously refine strategy and advise leadership.
• Employer branding leadership – drive tech-specific employer branding initiatives, positioning Intrepid as an employer of choice in a competitive SEA market.
• Team leadership & coaching – mentor and upskill junior recruiters/TA executives in Vietnam, sharing best practices in sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate experience.
• Regional alignment – collaborate with the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead and peer TABPs across SEA to align on best practices, tools, and cross-market initiatives.

Full-cycle recruitment execution

• End-to-end ownership – manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and business-critical roles across tech in Vietnam — from sourcing and pre-screening through interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding, and integration.
• Sourcing excellence – source and attract candidates through diverse channels including job portals, social media, headhunting, campus recruitment, referrals, and international partnerships.
• Stakeholder management – partner closely with hiring managers to screen, assess, and deliver against recruitment needs, providing timely, constructive feedback on candidates and interview outcomes.
• Talent pipelining – build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with active and passive talent, proactively managing pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Campus & early-career hiring – lead campus recruitment activities targeting interns, trainees, contract staff, and entry-level talent.
• Reporting – prepare and maintain accurate recruitment reporting, including weekly status updates and hiring dashboards for leadership.
• Continuous improvement – lead and contribute to ad-hoc talent acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the region.

What we are looking for – the ideal profile

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.

• At least 6–8 years of progressive experience in tech recruitment or talent acquisition, including experience operating at a senior/business partner level, preferably from an e-commerce, marketing agency, or live commerce industry.
• Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership/stakeholders and influencing hiring strategy, not just executing requisitions.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing, redesigning, and improving recruitment processes, tools, or ways of working.
• Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and deep knowledge of the tech talent market across SEA.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search) and familiarity with various sourcing channels.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills; fluent in vietnamese and English.
• Strong analytical acumen, including the ability to provide insights and recommendations using data on salary benchmarking, market competitiveness, and talent pipeline health.
• Experience coaching or leading junior recruiters is an advantage.
• Regional recruitment experience across SEA locations would be a bonus.

In return, you will be getting

A genuinely strategic seat at the table — shaping how tech hires are made, not just filling roles, while tackling sophisticated people challenges in a rapidly evolving e-commerce landscape with data insights and innovative solutions.

• You will be joining an all-star People Team that consistently raises the bar by combining the systems and processes of a small multinational with the collaborative, innovative, and agile spirit of a startup in an ever-evolving world.
• With our team's rapid growth and the People Team launching new initiatives to enhance both employee experience and performance, you will benefit from a wide range of development opportunities. Our structured learning programs, covering both functional skills and broader growth, are designed to support you at every stage of your journey.
• Our supportive culture and close collaboration between regional and local teams create a close-knit work environment which many in our team love and thrive in.

We also offer

Best of Both Worlds

We are a scale-up: the sophistication of a small multinational, with the agility of a start-up. This means you get to work on cutting-edge projects, and besides your 'standard' job description, we love to see you show entrepreneurial initiative and want to see your take on how you can take your role and our company to the next level. Good ideas get implemented. You are the master of your own destiny.

Culture that Brings Out the Best

At Intrepid, culture is not just a buzzword — it is what we practice at work every day. We believe in collaboration over competition, transparency over politics, and willingness to learn over ego. You will be part of a team where people genuinely support one another, celebrate wins together, and face challenges head-on as one. We put our all into the work, but we balance it with fun, whether through team lunches, after-work hangouts, events, or shared laughter in the office. This is a place where you can thrive professionally while having a great time.

Grow Without Limits

Learning at Intrepid is constant and dynamic. You will have access to formal training through face-to-face sessions, coaching, and our very own Intrepid Academy. On top of that, real-world experience such as leading clients, working with advanced tech, and mastering best-in-class processes will accelerate your growth every step of the way. Surrounded by a talented team that raises the bar daily, in a rapidly growing and ever-expanding business, the opportunities for your development are endless.

Rewarding You Right

We believe great work deserves great rewards at Intrepid. That's why we offer competitive compensation and generous benefits, including comprehensive insurance and ample leave, to support you both in and out of the workplace. We want you to feel valued, cared for, and empowered to bring your best self to work every day.

Note: We will not be accepting any unsolicited resumes or CVs from headhunting or recruitment agencies at this point. Any CVs or profiles shared with us will not be entertained, and in the event of a dispute, Intrepid will not be liable for any material compensation to third parties.
