As a Virtual Collaboration Principal Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering seamless, secure, and innovative collaboration experiences across the enterprise. This position supports global operations and projects, ensuring reliability and driving adoption of cutting-edge collaboration technologies
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Collaboration and Event Technology L3 operations and projects.
Research and evaluate new virtual collaboration solutions for global implementation.
Monitor and resolve Level-3 CET tickets, ensuring incidents are closed within SLA.
Ensure compliance with IT and corporate quality standards.
Participate in virtual meetings and project activities as required.
Develop and implement automation solutions using citizen development tools (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, ServiceNow) to streamline CET processes and enhance service efficiency
Requirements:
You have hands-on experience with at least two of the following:
Must have Microsoft Teams (MS Teams administrator, full admin rights in corporate teams console)
Zoom Video Conferencing
Klaxoon
Microsoft Whiteboard
Slido
