A hands-on senior systems engineer who designs, automates and operates Culture Amp's internal workplace infrastructure — owning Okta identity and Jamf Pro/macOS endpoint management end to end, building automation with Python/PowerShell/Terraform, and supporting AWS, Meraki networking and enterprise AI platforms (Glean, Claude, Gemini).
We’re big believers in the power of IRL, so for most roles we ask Campers to work from their local Culture Amp office an average of 2 days a week to unlock connection, pace and culture together.

You'll design, automate and operate the systems that let Campers work everywhere, every day. You'll own identity, endpoint management and workplace infrastructure end to end, with AWS, networking and enterprise AI as supporting areas you help keep secure, reliable and well governed. This is a hands-on engineering role, not a service-desk escalation seat: you'll build the automation that makes the environment self-sustaining, and mentor others as you go.
