Univrses is a Stockholm-based 3D Computer Vision and AI company. We provide the perception and spatial awareness necessary for an increasingly autonomous world. While our roots are in the automotive sector, we have pioneered a new category: Infrastructure Intelligence. Our 3DAI™ system transforms ordinary vehicles into sophisticated mobile sensors, providing road authorities across Europe (Sweden, UK, Italy, and beyond) with real-time, actionable insights. We are shifting city management from reactive repairs to proactive, data-driven maintenance—saving costs, reducing CO2 emissions, and improving public safety.
As a Senior Sysadmin at Univrses, you will be the backbone of our technical operations, ensuring that our entire engineering organization has the stable, secure, and scalable infrastructure it needs to thrive.
In this role, you will work closely with the CTO to design and maintain a company-wide infrastructure that is both resilient and secure. You will oversee the cross-functional systems that support all our research, development, and production environments. We are looking for a proactive professional to manage our cloud footprint and on-premise resources, ensuring our team of world-class engineers can work without friction.
This is a on-site position since you will be responsible of our on premise infrastructure.

Resource Governance: Manage global resource allocation (databases, storage, compute).
Security & Access Control: Implement and enforce company-wide security.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Engineering, or SRE.
Maintenance Pro: Proven track record in patch management, software distribution, and maintaining system integrity across a fleet of machines.
Linux Expertise: Deep proficiency in Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting (Bash, Python).
Networking Specialist: Strong understanding of networking architecture.
Cloud & Containers: Proven experience managing AWS environments and containerized applications using Docker.
Reliability Mindset: A "security-first" and "stability-first" approach to managing infrastructure, with the communication skills to report directly to technical leadership.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Monitoring Stacks: Experience setting up company-wide monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
Storage Solutions: Experience managing large-scale data storage (S3, NAS, Artifactory).
We provide the environment and the tools for you to do the best work of your career.
Responsibility: Become a true stakeholder in a small team where your work actually matters.
Professional Evolution: You will be working on exciting projects involving game-changing technology with an opportunity to improve the world through autonomy and intelligence
The "Work-Life" Blend: Enjoy flexible work hours and a culture that values output over "desk time".
Upsides: A secure Pension Plan and Wellness activities for up to 5 000 SEK per year paid by the company.
The Univrses Culture:
Monday Momentum: Kick off the week with team breakfast.
Thursday Knowledge: Weekly Lunch & Learns where internal or external speakers present interesting topics, while the company pays for and caters the lunch to keep your technical and commercial skills sharp.
Friday Wind-down: Celebrate the week’s wins with our Friday After Work sessions (free beer from our well-curated beer fridge!)
The Workspace: A bright, collaborative office in Stockholm equipped with the essentials (yes, including the mandatory startup ping-pong table).
