What We Look For In You

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent degree/experience.
• Proven experience shipping production-quality mobile code on iOS and/or Android.
• Strong proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, or React Native.
• Experience working in fintech, crypto, or Web3 environments.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimise workflows and drive measurable impact — e.g. efficiency gains, quality improvements.
• Ongoing AI skill development — prompt engineering, agent orchestration, staying current with emerging AI technologies.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to Haves

• Familiarity with DeFi protocols, wallet integrations, or on-chain data.
• Experience contributing to open source projects or shared code repositories.
• Active participation in the developer community (blogs, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
• Experience in highly collaborative, fast-paced environments.
• Experience adhering to responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g. risk assessment, bias mitigation).

• The salary range for this position is $223,611.00 to $321,999.00.
• The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
