Senior Staff Product Manager, Partner Payouts & Incentives Platform

Come join the Virtual Expert Platform (VEP) team as a Senior Staff Product Manager, where you will lead the strategy and execution of Partner Payouts and Incentives building the platform capabilities that power how Intuit manages and pays its partners driving Intuit's growth including accounting firms, value added resellers, solution providers, and affiliates.

As a leader on the VEP team, you will play a key role in driving the strategy, execution, and delivery of core capabilities across the partner compensation lifecycle from incentive calculation and performance analytics, to payout processing and earnings transparency driving partner engagement, program efficiency, and long-term business growth.

We look for product managers who are excited to bring AI into their workflow — using it to move faster, go deeper on customer insights, and focus their energy on the decisions that only human judgment can make. We're looking for PMs who are curious, eager to experiment, and excited to continually evolve how they work.
