Senior Quantitative Analyst developing mathematical and statistical models to price sports betting markets (core, derivatives, same-game accumulators), building trader tooling, and collaborating with engineering teams to integrate solutions.
We are on a mission to pioneer the world’s next era of play. As we grow across Europe and Latin America, we’re building The Playstack - the technology powering the next generation of sports, gaming, and fan experiences. Join us, and help make it the most widely used platform in the world! From operations, to marketing, to product, we are looking for talented people who will shape how millions of customers play, watch, and connect every day.
The Quant team at Super is responsible for developing the models and tools required for trading a wide range of sports, with the aim of providing the best betting experience to current and future customers as the business expands globally. - Provide performance analysis through backtesting and optimising model output
- Collect and analyse market data to aid model development
- Create and price new products to supplement existing markets and sports
- Build trader tooling to maximise the efficiency of the trading operation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enable seamless integration of provided solutions
What we are looking for
- Experience delivering in-house models within the betting industry
- Ability to produce market-leading bet builder and same-game accumulator solutions across multiple sports
- Experience guiding proprietary modelling of non-core markets
- Experience handling large data sets and feeds
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and translate complex technical information to a range of audiences
- Comfort collaborating across multiple teams
- Strong work ethic with a drive for delivering high-quality work
Nice to have
- Experience in American Sports modelling
- Bet builder and same-game accumulator modelling
- Experience in eSports modelling
- Golang experience
What we offer
- Medical / Health Insurance
- Open Annual Leave
- Employee Assistance Programme
- Training & Learning Development
Additional benefits vary by country and will be shared during the hiring process.
