As a Senior Solutions Engineer, your day-to-day role will be a combination contributing to sales opportunities (leading or assisting with customer meetings such as product overviews, demos, workflow discussions, business cases, etc.), as well as internal initiatives (assisting with product or feature launches, collaborating with sales teams on customer inquires, advising on aspects of RFPs, and collaborating with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement Teams).

• Evaluation & Proof of Concepts: Manage client trials, pilots, and Proofs of Concept (POCs), ensuring clear evaluation criteria and successful outcomes.

• Workflow & Integration Support: Conduct technical discovery with customer stakeholders (CIOs, Administrators, Deans) to collect requirements, technical constraints, and document future state workflows.
• Voice of the Customer: Synthesize market feedback, competitive insights, and feature requests gleaned from customer interactions and provide to internal stakeholders, including Product and Marketing teams.
• Collaboration, Teamwork, and Growth: Contribute to a collaborative, low ego, and growth focused team. Embrace feedback, improvement, and innovation as part of business as usual. Actively participate in mentorship, promote best practice sharing across global Go-To-Market teams, and contribute to scaling the Solutions Engineering organization.
