A Senior Solutions Architect who defines end-to-end architectures and integration patterns for consumer-facing digital platforms, with a focus on customer identity (CIAM/IAM) and loyalty/CRM ecosystems. They govern solution design, review APIs and domain contracts, and align product, engineering, security, and market stakeholders while also supporting two other architects.

Senior Solutions Architect with strong experience in consumer-facing digital platforms, combining expertise in Customer Identity (CIAM/IAM) and Loyalty/CRM ecosystems. Able to define target architectures, govern solution design, and lead cross-functional discussions across product, engineering, security, data, and market teams.

Main Responsibilities

Define end-to-end solution architectures and integration patterns.
Review APIs, events, and domain contracts.
Drive architecture governance, design reviews, and documentation.
Validate scalability, security, resilience, and performance requirements.
Align business, product, and engineering teams on architectural direction.

Key Requirements

Strong Solution Architecture experience in enterprise-scale digital platforms.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solution designs.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Comfortable working across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Vendors, and Markets.
Pragmatic architect with a governance and delivery mindset.
Excellent communicator and facilitator.
Strong stakeholder leader capable of influencing without authority.
Collaborative and agile way of working.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving decisions.
Balances strategic thinking with hands-on delivery execution.

Nice to Have

Experience in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM).
Knowledge of Loyalty, CRM, customer engagement, and customer data platforms.
Exposure to regulated consumer data environments.
Experience with microservices and cloud-native solution design.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, Git, Jira, and Confluence.

Other Details

This role includes supporting two architects: one from CIAM who is overloaded and one from Loyalty who is new and still being onboarded. It requires analyzing big picture integration architecture with a focus on APIs, artifacts, and stakeholder management. Previous experience as a senior Tech Lead is preferred.
