Solution Engineer who partners with sales to run discovery, tailor ERP demos, and build business cases for process-manufacturing prospects, traveling up to 50% in the US and Canada.
About Us:
Datacor is the leading provider of software solutions, including ERP, CRM, Asset Tracking, Simulation and Formulation, to the process manufacturing space. We are on a mission to better equip the industry with software solutions and move it forward by building thoughtful, intuitive products that solve our customers’ most difficult problems.
We are passionate about serving our customers and helping them use data as a competitive advantage. Our customers make products that extend and sustain lives by sanitizing, fertilizing, beautifying, cleaning, and recycling the world we live in. We at Datacor help our customers make those products you use every day more safely, cost effectively and more efficiently through our technology platforms and applications.
The Role:
We're hiring a Senior Solution Engineer to join our sales team, partnering directly with Account Executives to win new customers across the full Datacor ERP and add-on suite. This is a customer-facing, deal-critical role: you'll run discovery, design and deliver tailored demonstrations, and build the technical and business case that gets prospects to "yes." You'll carry a full pipeline of active opportunities and be expected to travel onsite up to 50% in the US and Canada for discovery sessions and executive-level demos.
This role sits within a growing Solution Engineering team built around repeatable, high-quality discovery and demo practices. You'll inherit established frameworks for discovery documentation, demo scoring, and SOW handoff, and be expected to sharpen them further.

Why Join Datacor's Solution Engineering Team:
You'll join a team that treats presales as a craft, with real investment in discovery methodology, demo quality, and repeatable systems, not just "support the AE and hope for the best." You'll have direct input into how the team's processes evolve, and a clear growth path as the sales motion scales.

We're interested in hearing your experience, your approach, and how you think through challenges.
