About Bluehive
Most organizations do not struggle with tools. They struggle with how work actually flows.
Too many processes, unclear ownership, and teams working next to each other instead of together.
That is where Bluehive comes in.
We help organizations bring structure into the way they work. Using platforms like Asana, but more importantly by designing workflows, aligning teams and making sure changes actually stick in practice.
Bluehive is part of One Productivity Group, a pan-European group focused on improving how organizations operate. Across our brands, consulting, technology and execution come together to create better workflows, stronger collaboration and more scalable operations.
About the role
This role is for someone who wants to grow into a strong consultant by working on real collaboration and workflow challenges.
As a Solution Consultant, you help organizations improve the way teams work together. The starting point is often a setup where processes are unclear, ways of working differ across teams, and collaboration is harder than it should be. Your role is to understand that environment, bring structure to it and help customers move toward a clearer and more effective way of working.
The role combines consulting, implementation, facilitation and customer guidance. It moves between understanding how an organization works today, designing stronger workflows in Asana, supporting adoption and helping new structures land successfully in practice.
It is hands-on, client-facing and focused on creating real impact rather than theory.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, IT or a related field
• Around 2 to 5 years of experience in consulting, process improvement, project management or SaaS implementation
• Experience with tools such as Asana, monday.com, Airtable or similar platforms
• Confidence in facilitating workshops or team sessions
• Strong communication skills and a good sense of stakeholder dynamics
• Fluent Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• A structured, proactive and customer-focused way of working
• Curiosity, ownership and the ambition to grow into a more senior consulting role
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client workshops when needed
What makes this role interesting
Many consulting roles give responsibility only after several years. This role gives you the opportunity to grow by doing.
It involves working directly with customers, helping shape better workflows and learning how organizations improve collaboration in practice.
The impact is visible. Not in reports, but in how teams align better, work more clearly and move forward more effectively day to day. What One Productivity Group offers
• A role with real ownership and direct client impact
• The opportunity to work with well-known clients on meaningful collaboration and transformation challenges
• A flexible setup, remote, hybrid or from the Rotterdam office
• A professional onboarding and strong on-the-job learning environment
• Regular coaching, feedback and development opportunities
• A team that combines high standards with a collaborative and down-to-earth way of working
• Room to bring in ideas, shape solutions and contribute beyond the core role
• A digital-first work culture with flexibility and trust
Our Rotterdam office
• A central location with easy access by public transport and bike
• A wide selection of nearby cafés, restaurants and bars
• Free fruit and drinks
• A dynamic environment with events and opportunities to connect
