About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Engineering at Qualified is a high-ownership, high-velocity environment where engineers ship customer-facing product to real enterprises at scale. We’re building at the frontier of AI + product: developing agentic software and embedding AI directly into our platform, using modern toolchains and processes that help engineers move faster while staying focused on high-impact problem solving.
Following our acquisition by Salesforce, we continue to operate with the pace and ownership of a startup—backed by the distribution, resources, and long-term runway of a global enterprise. Engineers have true end-to-end ownership from idea to production: scoping, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement based on real customer feedback.
You’ll work alongside a high-talent-density team that cares deeply about craft, performance, reliability, and user experience—and that raises the bar through collaboration, code review, and strong engineering principles. The result is accelerated growth and impact: you’ll make architecture decisions, solve meaningful system design challenges, and see your work land quickly with customers—without layers of approvals slowing you down.
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead one or more of our various Product teams. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on developing and scaling the core backend systems that power our platform, with a strategic focus on integrating AI technologies. You will also lead a fullstack product team, ensuring seamless integration between the backend and user-facing features. You'll partner closely with senior technical leaders and help drive execution across AI integration, product strategy, and business growth. We're looking for someone who's helped grow teams with operational excellence and technical fluency, while brining people leadership to the table.
Lead and Grow the Teams: Manage and mentor one or more teams. Hire and develop talent to support company growth and evolving product needs.
Own the Product Roadmap & Execution: Partner with Product, Design, and GTM to define priorities, translate customer needs into clear plans, and drive delivery with strong operational rigor (planning, quality, and predictable execution).
Drive Fullstack Architecture & Engineering Excellence: Guide end-to-end technical decisions across frontend, backend, and data integrations. Ensure the system is secure, scalable, observable, and easy for engineers to build on as the product grows.
Champion Product-First Thinking: Instill a product-focused mindset across the teams to tackle technical challenges related to quality and performance. You'll ensure the core functionality of our product is stable, reliable, and continuously improving.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with leadership and product teams to align on priorities, ensuring technology is integrated into strategic decision-making and delivering results that move the business forward.
Experience managing engineering teams in high-growth environments with a focus on leveraging AI/ML technologies.
Strong background in fullstack development with proven proficiency in programming languages such as Ruby on Rails, Java, Python, or Go.
Hands-on experience in AI-driven application development, including experiment setup, dataset curation, model training, and deployment.
Experience working with SQL and RDBMS (PostgreSQL preferred).
A "driver" mindset: proactive, outcomes-oriented, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional leadership settings.
Product Impact at Scale: As a key leader, you’ll own the team and technical direction behind a core product area, shaping roadmap execution and the fullstack architecture that enables reliable, customer-facing experiences as we scale.
High-Growth Environment: Join us at a pivotal stage where you can establish best practices that will scale with our rapid growth and expansion.
Cutting-Edge AI: Work on unique and challenging problems related to integrating AI into a B2B platform, helping to define standards for a new generation of applications.
Close Leadership Collaboration: Partner with leadership and product teams to ensure technology is integrated into our strategic decision-making.
If you're ready to take on a high-visibility role where you'll lead critical initiatives and help shape the future of our AI-powered platform, we'd love to hear from you.
Applications will be accepted until June 30, 2026
