• Take ownership of features and bug fixes — working independently on well-defined tasks and collaborating on complex challenges.

• Participate in prototyping, code reviews, and rapid deployment cycles to keep our codebase robust.

• Proactively investigate issues, identify root causes, and help develop automated tests to prevent regressions.

• Be responsible to tackle incoming requests about the product from internal teams while being on-call.

What you bring to the role:

• Strong record of building frontend applications with JavaScript (React).

• Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable giving and receiving peer feedback.

• Willingness to take accountability for your work and support the team’s overall success.

• Flexibility to work across the stack, learning new technologies or debugging production issues as needed.

• A growth mindset with the desire to whiteboard, experiment, and find pragmatic solutions with your teammates.

• Openness and fluency in using modern GenAI models, including familiarity with the advantages and disadvantages across various use cases.

• Openness to employ modern software engineering tools and practices into product development.
