We are seeking a technical leader to help deliver Splunk's Security’s User & Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) solution. UEBA is a risk management solution that leverages ML/AI algorithms and behavior analytics to provide comprehensive user and entity insights. By delving into these insights, security teams can identify anomalies and take measures to mitigate potential impacts.

• Lead team design and architectural discussions.
• Build reliable, scalable, and high-performance applications.

• Participate in on-call rotations, post-incident reviews, and other operational activities to ensure service reliability.
• Learn, explore, and integrate new technologies into the team’s workflow.
• Mentor junior members of the team with an eye toward their future career growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Communication & Collaboration: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences and a demonstrated commitment to accountability and intellectual curiosity.
• Experience Requirements: 8+ years of related experience with a technical Bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years with Master’s.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in frontend programming languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, TypeScript and React.
• Hands-on experience with building, testing and deploying production ready LLM based AI solutions.

This role comes with the on-call shift schedule up to 20% of time.
