Secondary Skills

Experience with AI voice systems (STT / TTS / VAD).
Cloud experience with GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with distributed systems and high-availability architectures.
Exposure to ACE (C++) framework.

Job Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable audio/video systems using WebRTC, RTP/RTCP, and WebSocket-based signaling.
Build and enhance cloud media server/controller components including signaling layer, TURN routing, call control, and media processing.
Optimize performance for low latency, high throughput, and network resilience.
Debug and resolve call failures, media negotiation issues, voice quality degradation, jitter, and packet loss.
