Meet the Team

Join the Automation and Response team at Splunk, a Cisco company, as we help customers respond to security events faster, more consistently, and with greater confidence. We build the automation and response capabilities that let security teams orchestrate workflows, reduce manual toil, and take action on behalf of their organizations at machine speed. Our work sits at the center of customer trust: when threats, alerts, exposures, or urgent operational issues emerge, our platform helps customers move from signal to action. The team blends product engineering, security domain expertise, cloud operations, and a strong ownership culture. This is an exciting moment to join because AI is changing how engineering teams plan, build, operate, and support software, and we are using that shift to improve both customer outcomes and team effectiveness.

Your Impact

Design and deliver secure, scalable Automation and Response capabilities that help customers investigate and respond to security events faster across cloud and enterprise environments. Improve product quality by building systems that are observable, reliable, supportable, and safe to deploy, while resolving customer escalations and security issues with urgency and care. Use AI-assisted development and automation to accelerate engineering work, strengthen testing, and improve troubleshooting. Guide technical decisions, mentor other engineers, and collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that earn customer trust. Participate in rotating on-call duties to diagnose escalations and issues that arise in the production environment and work on solutions.
