• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-impact features and improvements.

• Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation.

• Support the team’s DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (Azure).

• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and mentoring where needed.

• Embrace agile ways of working, continuous learning, and a user-first mindset.

What you’ll bring:

• 6+ years of experience building software with C# and .NET.

• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and tools (e.g. GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Octopus).

• A mindset that values testing, quality, and reliable delivery.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills - you’re comfortable working cross functionally and contributing your ideas in a team setting.

• Collaborative teams – a flat structure means everyone can learn from colleagues and senior leaders around the business.

• Be involved – come together with all of your colleagues every 100 days to share the product and technology roadmap and business strategy.

• Flexible working environment – we’re headquartered in North Sydney with state-based workplaces and offer a flexible work policy.

• Family support – industry leading 26 weeks paid parental leave.

• Purpose built spaces within our office – designed for collaboration, brainstorming, socialising, and focused work.
