Want to work at the leading edge of emerging technology and rapidly expand your engineering skill set? Join Best Coding Squad (BCS), where we develop full-stack solutions with a strong focus on data and insights. Our applications feature cutting-edge GenAI capabilities, agentic workflows, and embedded predictive models (pricing, risk selection, desirability, and more) that streamline manual processes and improve decision-making for our users.

As part of BCS, you'll join a cross-functional team of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Software Engineers, working together to design data-centric solutions for our business stakeholders. Together, we build, test, and maintain the technical architecture behind our applications, data pipelines, databases, APIs, and predictive model workflows.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent self-motivation and a proactive approach to learning. A growth mindset is essential as we're constantly exploring new and emerging technologies at the frontier of AI.
