Works across frontend, backend, and data layers with TypeScript, React, and Node.js, using AI heavily throughout the engineering workflow, owning projects from definition to launch.
You’ll be responsible for building and launching category-defining products that automate and simplify the operations of waste haulers everywhere.
You’ll work across the stack, turn ambiguous product feedback into production solutions, and use AI deeply throughout your workflow.
What you’ll do
Change haulers’ lives by building products that solve real operational problems.
Turn ambiguous product feedback into production-ready solutions.
Build full-stack applications across the frontend, backend, and data layer.
Leverage AI agents to dramatically increase your productivity.
Own projects from problem definition through launch and iteration.
What we’re looking for
5+ years of experience as a software engineer building full-stack web applications.
Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
Strong SQL and database design skills, with excellent data modeling skills.
You’re all-in on AI and have deeply integrated it into your engineering workflow.
We expect 60–80% of the code you write to be generated by AI and 40–50% of your design and architecture work to be AI-assisted. This means our bar for engineering output is 3–4x higher than pre-AI.
You thrive in ambiguous, challenging problem spaces and can operate autonomously.
You derive satisfaction from shipping and creating real customer impact.
Full professional proficiency in English. You’ll report directly to our US-based CTO.
Things we like to see
You believe AI is fundamentally changing how software is built and what products can be built.
You already use AI extensively in your day-to-day workflow.
You’re comfortable operating without a detailed roadmap.
You move quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality.
You take ownership and care about the outcome, not just the implementation.
What we offer
Competitive compensation at a venture-backed US startup with strong commercial traction.
Unlimited paid time off.
A highly engineering-led culture.
The opportunity to have significant ownership over what we build and how we build it.
