Join Infiterra and help power the future of subscription e-commerce.

Infiterra’s B2B SaaS platform helps IT Distributors and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) automate and grow their subscription business. With 100+ customers in 75 countries, we're recognized for innovation and global impact—and we’re just getting started. We foster a collaborative and growth-oriented culture, allowing you to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team.

The role in a nutshell 🔍

As a Senior .NET Software Engineer, you’ll be an integral part of our dynamic agile team, leveraging the Scrum framework to drive the development of innovative features while ensuring the continuous enhancement and scalability, while working at the heart of our subscription e-commerce platform, a multi-tenant B2B engine that powers global distributors. Our collaborative environment embraces modern software engineering practices, including asynchronous programming techniques, to deliver robust solutions. From building scalable services to integrating major Software Vendors with our platform, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our product evolves.

🎯 Your goal?

To design and build reliable, high-performance software that simplifies subscription services delivery, while keeping scalability and clean architecture top of mind.

You’ll be hands-on with .NET (legacy full .NET Framework 4.8 and .NET 10 (latest)), C#, SQL, implementing domain and service-oriented approaches. You’ll collaborate across teams (POs, BAs, QA, and DevOps) in an agile environment, ensuring smooth delivery of features and improvements.

You'll own the design and delivery of complex, multi-component systems end-to-end, from design to deployment, ensuring performance, scalability, and quality.

💡 This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys complex technical challenges, has experience with high-traffic applications, and thrives in a collaborative engineering culture.

🙋‍♀️ Our Ideal Candidate Profile

You’re a curious and analytical engineer who sees the big picture but sweats the details. You enjoy diving into system architecture, making thoughtful trade-offs, and writing clean, testable code.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment where innovation meets stability. You’re not just a builder. You’re a problem solver who looks for ways to make systems more efficient, scalable, and maintainable.

You value teamwork and knowledge-sharing, but you’re also confident in owning features independently. You’re someone who wants to grow while helping the team grow.

Why You’ll Love It Here 💙

• Work on a platform that directly impacts customers across 75+ countries.

• Hands-on exposure to APIs, billing systems, and large-scale/high-traffic B2B commerce.

• A collaborative engineering culture with peer-led code reviews and knowledge-sharing.

• Opportunities to shape system architecture and technical direction.

• Friendly, dynamic team with room to grow and learn.

• Remote-first: work from anywhere, with optional, ad hoc in-person meet-ups arranged around team members' availability.

What you'll do:

• System Ownership: Own the system design and hands-on delivery of your systems throughout our S-SDLC, from analysis and architectural design to implementation, testing, and deployment.

• .NET Application Development: Develop new and existing .NET web applications (.NET Framework 4.8 and .NET 10).

• Database Interaction: Design, build, and optimize database interactions (SQL Server).

• Clean, Scalable Code: Write and maintain clean, reliable code that prioritizes scalability and performance.

• Testability: Design your systems to be testable, and make sure your code isn't just written, but also tested (we like integration and unit testing).

• Quality Standards: Set and uphold the code-review and quality standards the team works to, through peer-led reviews.

• Design Principles: Apply design principles (we follow SOLID) and patterns (like factory method, strategy, etc.) as necessary.

• CI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

• Optimization: Enhance system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and pinpointing opportunities for improvement.

• Innovative Solutions: Be constantly on the lookout for designing innovative technical solutions.

• Documentation: Contribute to the development of comprehensive technical documentation.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse group of team members, such as POs, BAs, Automation Testers, and DevOps, to shape product requirements.

• Mentoring: Mentor engineers through design, decomposition and risk thinking, helping them grow in how they approach complex work.

• Observability: Own monitoring, logging and alerting for the services you build — you'll know how your systems behave in production, not just in test.

• Continuous Refactoring: Drive continuous refactoring to keep the codebase healthy. Reverse-engineer existing code, diagnose the underlying problem, and make the call between refactoring and rewriting to reduce technical debt.

• Risk-based Decisions: Make technical decisions based on risk, using evidence from production.

• Delivery Discipline: Plan ahead, keep your work current and transparent, and flag risks early.

• AI-assisted Engineering: Use and supervise AI-assisted engineering for complex work, and verify the designs and code it generates.

Success looks like: quantitatively — services that consistently meet agreed SLOs (availability, latency, error rate) and measurably improve in reliability and performance over time, an improving code-health trend (complexity, churn), low escaped-defect, regression and recurring-incident rates, and predictable delivery; qualitatively — high design quality, strong end-to-end ownership, maintainable and well-tested solutions, sound technical decisions, and effective mentoring and knowledge-sharing that measurably lifts the team's engineering capability.

What you'll bring:

• Depth in .NET engineering, typically gained over 6+ years of professional experience — we look for proven, hands-on depth rather than years alone, and assess this case by case.

• Deep experience in system design and performance tuning, with a track record of shipping complex, multi-component systems.

• Experience with .NET Framework 4.8 and .NET 10, and C#.

• Strong SQL Server skills (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, SSRS).

• Strong understanding of HTTP, JSON, and RESTful API principles for consumer-facing and enterprise applications.

• Proven experience with high-traffic applications emphasizing performance and scalability.

• Understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns, and the ability to implement them where appropriate.

• Self-starter with a keen ability to identify and resolve challenging issues.

• Strong command of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation and modern engineering workflows.

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools, and the judgement to critically verify what they produce.

• Commitment to knowledge-sharing and collaborative teamwork.

• University degree in Computer Science or any related field.

• Fluency in the Greek and English languages, both oral and written.

Bonus points 😉

• Knowledge of how message brokers such as RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka work.

• Knowledge of billing and subscription management systems, including subscription lifecycles, billing processes, cancellations, and asynchronous call handling.

Benefits & Perks 🎁

• Work-from-anywhere scheme (travel and work).

• Flexible working hours.

• Health and life insurance program.

• Learning & development budget.

• Tech-driven, friendly team with an international mindset.
