Design, build, and optimize high-throughput backend services, APIs, and data-processing systems in Go and Rust
Own the architecture, testing, observability, deployment, and operation of Go services and Rust components
Architect distributed systems for ingesting, processing, validating, and serving blockchain data
Own technical work from requirements through incident response and continuous improvement
Profile and benchmark production systems to improve performance, resilience, and correctness
Assess security risks and design or review controls for transactions, data, credentials, and system integrity
Debug cross-system production failures and drive root-cause fixes
Translate customer and protocol requirements into maintainable systems
Lead design and code reviews, mentor engineers, and establish engineering standards
