• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Debug complex issues and maintain high code quality through testing and engineering best practices.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and continuously improve engineering standards.
• Work across the stack when needed. Experience with Python and backend development is a plus.

Requirements What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building products in a B2B SaaS company.

• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Excellent understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and frontend performance optimization.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and working with modern frontend architectures.
• Backend experience with Python is a strong plus but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a product ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Potential to earn up to 1.5x your monthly salary through overtime. We believe in rewarding commitment and exceptional execution.
• Work alongside some of the best engineering talent and accelerate your learning.
• Ship meaningful features at high velocity with real ownership from day one.
• Flexible working hours and a remote-first culture.
• High-impact role with significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape products used by millions.
• We're a small, ambitious team that values talent, execution, and ownership. If you enjoy solving hard problems, moving quickly, and building products that matter, we'd love to hear from you.
