Define and drive standards and best practices for Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, release orchestration, and environment consistency.
Provide technical leadership for reliability, scalability, operability, and cost efficiency across cloud and container platforms.
Act as a power user and local authority for standard tooling such as (or similar to) GitHub, Azure DevOps, TeamCity, and JFrog Artifactory.
Design and implement secure-by-default approaches, including identity integrations (SSO), user/access management, secrets handling, and security scanning.
Lead incident troubleshooting and advanced root-cause analysis for escalated issues.
Manage, mentor and coach engineers through hands-on guidance, design reviews, and operational practices.
Drive team efficiency, AI adoption, operating model maturity, and cross-team collaboration
Produce and maintain pragmatic operational documentation such as runbooks and onboarding guides.
Engage fully in the agile development process and collaborate with global teams on platform initiatives.
Qualifications:
Recommended Education:

Kubernetes/AKS experience including Helm-based deployment models.
Familiarity with artifact management, build tooling, and DevSecOps practices.
Experience leveraging AI tools as part of routine development activities.
