• Solve complex engineering problems and contribute to system and software architecture
• Own features from design through implementation and delivery
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to solve customer problems
• Help create electronics design workflows that improve engineering and sustainability outcomes
• Use modern AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, Copilot, or similar tools effectively throughout the development lifecycle
• Contribute to technical direction, engineering practices, and the growth of other engineers

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong software design, architecture, and problem-solving skills
• Strong programming skills, including experience with C++ or similar systems programming languages
• Experience building and delivering complex, production-quality software
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI-assisted development tools combined with strong engineering judgment
• Strong communication, collaboration, and ability to learn new technologies and domains

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CAD, EDA/ECAD, or other complex engineering software
• Knowledge of or passion for electronics and electronic product development
• Experience developing large-scale desktop applications in C++
• Interest or experience in sustainability, manufacturing efficiency, or sustainable product design
