A part-time (4-5 hrs/week), US-based client-facing role at AceDevShop: rather than daily coding, the senior engineer represents the team in discovery calls, technical interviews, and client meetings — clarifying requirements and explaining technical solutions. Requires solid software engineering experience and native-level spoken English.
AceDevShop builds custom websites and mobile applications for businesses aiming to grow their online presence. The team focuses on solving complex technical challenges, designing intuitive user experiences, and helping brands differentiate themselves digitally. AceDevShop delivers reliable, tailor-made solutions for both new ventures and established companies updating their digital storefronts. The company values creativity and accessibility in technology, enabling clients to focus on their core business while AceDevShop brings their digital vision to life.
We are looking for a US-based Senior Software Engineer to join our team in a part-time, client-facing role. This position requires only 4 to 5 hours per week, but the person must be highly professional, technically experienced, and comfortable communicating directly with clients.
The main responsibility is not daily development work, but client communication, technical discussion, interview participation, requirement clarification, and professional representation of our team. The ideal candidate should have strong software engineering experience and be able to understand technical scopes, explain solutions clearly, ask the right questions, and help clients feel confident during meetings.
We need someone with native-level English communication skills, strong interview skills, and the ability to speak naturally and professionally with US-based clients. You should be able to join discovery calls, technical interviews, project meetings, and follow-up discussions while presenting yourself as a senior technical expert.
Requirements:
+ Excellent spoken English
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Comfortable in client-facing
+ Able to manage multiple priorities without dropping details
+ Software development experience
+ Professional, reliable, and trustworthy
What we offer:
+ Long-term collaboration
+ Fully remote and flexible work
+ Revenue-sharing partnership
+ Strong engineering team support
+ Opportunity to influence technical decisions and client success
This role is for someone who thrives in a supportive, behind-the-scenes position and who is reliable, collaborative, and comfortable representing our team in front of clients.
Let's build something extraordinary together.
