• Experience working with LLMs and AI services to build developer productivity, automation, or operational tooling.
• Familiarity with AI-powered software engineering workflows, including intelligent automation, agentic systems, or AI-assisted diagnostics.
• 5+ years of experience working on observability, telemetry, or similar.
• Experience building for web and mobile (iOS/Android) platforms.
• Experience in JavaScript (client/server), TypeScript, Python, Go, and associated mobile development frameworks.

• Relevant knowledge of current tools and services like: Splunk, NewRelic, DataDog, OpenTelemetry, Loki, AppDynamics, Prometheus, AWS, and Grafana.
• Passion and desire for improving our logging infrastructure.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience architecting or contributing to AI assistants, copilots, or agentic platforms used in production environments.
• Hands-on experience designing agent-based systems, including multi-step reasoning workflows, tool invocation, memory persistence, and state management.
