About the Role
Deep Knowledge Group (www.dkv.global) is seeking a Social Media & Demand Generation Specialist to build high-quality visibility and qualified engagement around DKG, its leadership and its portfolio of projects.
The role is LinkedIn-first, reflecting the concentration of DKG's institutional, technology, investment and partnership audiences there, but may expand into X and other channels where they produce real value.
This is not a conventional social-media/community-management position.
You will work with complex topics spanning AI, DeepTech, Longevity, HealthTech, FinTech, investment analytics and advanced technologies. The objective is not simply to increase posting frequency. It is to make DKG consistently visible to the right people, create intelligent engagement around its work and convert that attention into relevant traffic, relationships, leads, event participation, partnership interest and recruitment interest.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a LinkedIn-first social strategy aligned with DKG's commercial and strategic priorities.
Manage content and targeted engagement for DKG corporate channels and selected senior-management profiles.
Write original posts, commentary, reposts and executive thought-leadership content in a credible and appropriate voice.
Translate sophisticated technical, scientific, analytical and commercial materials into concise social content without distorting or oversimplifying them.
Research relevant conversations, companies, decision-makers, investors, institutions and experts.
Build DKG management networks through selective, high-value connection and engagement strategies.
Engage intelligently with relevant external posts and conversations to increase visibility among target audiences.
Support major DKG launches, reports, indices, events, product releases, recruitment campaigns and partnership initiatives.
Create campaign-specific social content around commercial products and priority initiatives.
Work with MarTech and Business Development to connect social engagement with landing pages, lead capture and CRM.
Track which content and engagements produce meaningful traffic, conversations and leads.
Test formats, messages, hooks and posting patterns and optimize based on results.
Maintain editorial and campaign calendars without allowing process to slow reactive opportunities.
Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, repurposing and analysis while preserving factual accuracy and authentic executive voice.
Maintain high standards of accuracy when communicating scientific, financial or technical subjects.
What We Are Looking For
The strongest candidate combines excellent English writing with commercial instinct.
They should be capable of reading a technical DKG document, understanding why it matters, identifying which part is interesting to a specific external audience and turning that into a concise piece of content that somebody intelligent would actually want to read.
We do not want social activity for its own sake.
A smaller number of interactions with the right investors, executives, institutional decision-makers, scientists, entrepreneurs or partners is more valuable than large volumes of low-quality engagement.
Requirements
3+ years in B2B social media, content marketing, demand generation, executive communications or related work.
Excellent English copywriting and editing skills.
Demonstrated experience growing LinkedIn visibility and engagement for companies or senior executives.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn distribution, content formats and professional audience behaviour.
Strong research skills and ability to rapidly understand unfamiliar technical subjects.
Ability to write naturally in several different executive or corporate voices.
Ability to distinguish meaningful engagement from vanity metrics.
Experience using social analytics and performance data.
Ability to work independently and maintain a demanding publishing cadence.
Practical familiarity with AI-assisted research and content workflows.
Strong Advantages
Experience with technology, AI, finance, investment, healthcare, Longevity or DeepTech.
Experience with executive ghostwriting.
Experience generating B2B leads from content and social engagement.
Experience supporting product launches, reports, conferences or high-profile announcements.
Familiarity with X and other specialist technology/investment communities.
Experience coordinating social campaigns with CRM, email and landing-page funnels.
Success Metrics
Success will be judged primarily on:
growth of the relevant audience rather than follower count alone;
engagement from target organizations and decision-makers;
quality and consistency of DKG's executive and corporate voice;
qualified traffic generated to DKG platforms;
leads, conversations, registrations and introductions attributable to social activity;
performance of priority launches and campaigns;
and the ability to make DKG's complex portfolio intelligible and compelling without reducing it to generic promotional language.
