What you'll do

Handle day-to-day repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
Work service tickets and keep the property in top shape
Be the person residents count on to get it fixed right

What you need

1+ year of maintenance experience (or equivalent training or education)
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
Live within 30 minutes of the property
HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is a plus

ScheduleMonday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM. No nights or weekends, apart from paid rotating on-call.
