DTSL is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Senior Service Desk Analysts to join our team across a large-scale project, with opportunities available in Auckland and Wellington.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality technical support, including:
Managing and resolving tickets through our customer’s internal ticketing system.
Providing Level 1–2 technical support and taking ownership of customer issues and escalations.
Troubleshooting Windows 10/11 environments.
Installing, testing and upgrading software and hardware.
Creating and removing user accounts within SCCM.
Deploying and upgrading software through Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
Providing customer exceptions where required and within agreed client guidelines.
Working collaboratively with colleagues and customers to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone with:
2+ years’ experience in IT support or systems administration is essential.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Intune, Active Directory and Microsoft 365/Office 365.
A sound understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VLANs.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds.
A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
