Senior Security Architect for MCU & SoC Security Leadership

STMicroelectronics Italia seeks a Security Architect to lead hardware and software security for next-generation microcontroller products. The role targets automotive, industrial, humanoid robotics, and general purpose applications, requiring deep expertise in security architectures and hands-on work with SESIP, ISO62443, and ISO21434.

Strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration across design, verification, firmware, and software teams are essential for success.

Define security concepts and architectures for MCU products. Conduct threat analysis and risk assessments to drive features. Document HW/SW security requirements from goals and use cases. Specify security features for asset protection (isolation, CC, crypto). Ensure coherence of security solutions across product base. Develop security architecture docs and roadmaps. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, validation, and software teams. Support audits and security claims with evidence. Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Embedded Systems. Experience in security architectures for MCUs/SoCs/embedded systems. Knowledge of security mechanisms and cryptographic ops. Hands-on with standards: ISO21434, ISO62443-4-x, SESIP. Experience in threat analysis and risk assessment. Ability to translate system requirements into architecture.
