Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day professional secretarial and administrative support to the CEO
- Compile proposals, minutes, qualitative reports and prepare presentation materials
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure effective communication and smooth operation
- Liaise and coordinate CEO meetings/appointment, travel schedule, etc.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in business management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years executive secretarial or personal assistant support experience to senior management.
- Well organized, high accuracy, details minded, willing to work under pressure and meet with tight deadline
- Willing to learn, mature, highly independent, self-motivated and result-oriented
- Fluency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
