Senior Sales Manager (Payment / Merchant)

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a regional powerhouse in the digital payments space. With over two decades of proven market dominance across Asia, they are looking for a strategic, high-energy commercial leader to take the helm of their Malaysian operations.

If you are a visionary who thrives in a fast-paced fintech ecosystem and knows how to scale revenue while empowering a high-performing team, this is your platform to make a massive impact.

What You Will Drive

Instead of just managing accounts, you will be the commercial engine for the region. Your mission includes:

• End-to-End Revenue Growth: Command the entire sales lifecycle—from hunting high-value prospects to negotiating and closing complex enterprise deals.

• Ecosystem Expansion: Forge highly lucrative partnerships with top-tier merchants, financial institutions, banks, and e-commerce platforms.

• Leadership & Scale: Mentor, inspire, and aggressively scale a high-performing commercial team, setting clear KPIs and celebrating wins.

• Strategic Market Positioning: Leverage market trends, competitor insights, and data to uncover untapped revenue streams and outpace the competition.

• Brand Ambassadorship: Be the face of the business at high-profile industry events, conferences, and executive client engagements.
