Company Overview:

We are a forward-thinking fintech company specializing in innovative trading solutions and financial products. With a dynamic platform and a tech-savvy team working seamlessly across time zones, we provide cutting-edge services to traders worldwide.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Ruby Developer (Ruby & Go) to own the backend behind our payment portal and PSP integrations. You will lead the technical work of connecting new deposit and withdrawal methods, hardening existing integrations, and ensuring reliable, secure money movement across the platform. Ruby is our primary stack; Go is used for high-throughput and latency-sensitive services, so strength in both is strongly preferred. You will report to the CPO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and own backend services in Ruby (Rails) and Go
• Integrate new PSPs (cards, bank transfer, crypto, local methods) into the payment portal
• Build and maintain deposit and withdrawal flows end to end
• Design and consume PSP APIs, webhooks, and callback handlers
• Implement transaction routing, status tracking, and reconciliation logic
• Handle payment states, retries, idempotency, and failure/edge-case handling reliably
• Ensure secure handling of payment data and compliance (PCI DSS)
• Maintain and monitor existing PSP connections; resolve integration issues
• Set technical direction, review code, and mentor other engineers
• Build reporting and logging for payment operations and troubleshooting
• Support anti-fraud, AML, and KYC checks within payment flows

Requirements:

• 5+ years backend engineering experience (API and integration heavy)
• Strong Ruby / Ruby on Rails expertise; production Go experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience integrating PSPs or payment gateways
• Solid understanding of payment flows, webhooks, and transaction lifecycles
• Knowledge of PCI DSS and secure handling of financial data
• Experience with reconciliation, idempotency, and error-handling patterns
• Experience designing and scaling distributed backend systems
• Experience in fintech, payments, or forex/CFD brokerage preferred
• Strong attention to reliability, security, and detail

What We Offer:

• Fully remote role
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 – 18:00
• Visa sponsorship and medical insurance from week one
• Career growth opportunities within a fast-scaling fintech environment
• International events, meet-ups and business trips to our global offices
