We are seeking an experienced Senior Robotics Recruiter to identify, attract, and engage exceptional talent across robotics, technical engineering, and hardware disciplines. Accountabilities
- Source and attract exceptional talent: Identify, engage, and recruit high-quality candidates across robotics, technical engineering, hardware, and related disciplines to meet client hiring needs.
- Lead advanced sourcing initiatives: Use LinkedIn, Boolean search, talent mapping, professional networks, and creative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines for niche and specialized roles.
- Build trusted client partnerships: Work closely with one client at a time, developing a deep understanding of its culture, business priorities, organizational structure, and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders: Partner with decision-makers to define role requirements, establish effective recruitment strategies, and communicate the importance of strong talent acquisition practices.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: Guide candidates through the hiring process, from initial outreach and qualification to interview coordination, feedback, and offer support, ensuring a professional and engaging experience.
- Deliver specialized recruitment outcomes: Develop targeted approaches for challenging technical and hardware positions, adapting sourcing strategies to changing market conditions and talent availability.
- Maintain effective recruitment operations: Keep candidate records, pipelines, communications, and recruitment activities organized and up to date, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and clear reporting.
- Promote inclusive and effective hiring practices: Help clients build high-performing, diverse teams by supporting fair, thoughtful, and consistent candidate evaluation.
- Share recruitment expertise and best practices: Contribute market insights, sourcing innovations, and talent acquisition knowledge to strengthen client outcomes and support continuous improvement across the team.
Requirements
- Relevant recruitment experience: At least four years of technical and hardware recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, including successfully filling niche, highly specialized, or difficult-to-fill positions.
- Robotics and engineering talent knowledge: Experience recruiting for technical or hardware-focused roles, with an understanding of specialized talent markets and the challenges involved in identifying candidates with in-demand skills.
- In-house recruitment experience: Ideally, at least one year of experience working within an internal talent acquisition team, partnering directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Advanced sourcing capabilities: Strong proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, talent mapping, and other creative methods for identifying and engaging passive candidates.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the confidence to engage candidates professionally and build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Stakeholder management: The ability to establish credibility with hiring managers, understand business needs, influence recruitment decisions, and provide clear, actionable talent market insights.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail: Strong prioritization, time management, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Candidate-focused approach: A commitment to delivering a positive, respectful, and transparent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
