Deep understanding of software engineering roles, tech stacks, and the technical hiring landscape, with expertise in sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and competitive market analysis to build diverse, high-quality engineering pipelines.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative, data-driven approach to advising engineering hiring managers and senior technology leaders.
Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) and technical sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and CRM systems.
Experience partnering with engineering leadership to design and continuously improve technical interview processes, including coding assessments, system design interviews, and structured evaluation rubrics.
