What we’re looking for
Essential
Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript with TypeScript
Commercial experience building cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
Good understanding of mobile user experience across different platforms and devices
Experience with automated testing and a pragmatic approach to the testing pyramid
A product mindset, with the ability to collaborate with product owners to break down requirements and estimate delivery
Strong communication and collaboration skills
What would make you stand out
Production experience using GraphQL
Strong understanding of mobile performance optimisation and debugging
Experience with staged rollouts and experimentation (e.g. multivariate testing)
Knowledge of accessibility best practices and supporting tools
Experience collaborating closely with designers on UI/UX decisions
Experience working on products that have scaled to large user bases, and applying those learnings in new environments
