Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of web application projects with a hands-on and technical leadership approach
Define and implement user-centered design, build, test, and optimization activities
Shape architecture for API-driven, headless CMS-based systems
Collaborate with external technical stakeholders to align on requirements and delivery
Ensure robust CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices
Support deployment, operation, and ongoing improvement of web platforms
Contribute to design decisions and technology choices to advance the organisation’s mission
Balance speed and quality to maximise visibility and stakeholder engagement through web products
Key requirements
Senior or lead level full stack development experience
Strong frontend focus with React and ideally Next.js
Python or Django experience
Exposure to Headless CMS and API-driven architectures
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
Excellent communication skills and experience working with external stakeholders
Hybrid/office-based work availability (minimum 2 days in office)
